At [BestToU], we prioritize your satisfaction. To make things easy, we offer a Keep-it-and-Refund policy for valid claims.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

You have 3-days after receiving your item to request a refund. We offer refunds for the following issues:

  • Damaged or Defective: The item arrived broken or non-functional.

  • Incorrect Item: You received the wrong size, color, or product.

  • Not as Described: The item is significantly different from the description.

2. How to Claim Your Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us at [hello@besttou.com] within the 3-day window with:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. A clear photo or video of the issue (damage or wrong item). Note: You do not need to ship the item back to us. Once approved, you can keep the item, and we will process your refund immediately.

3. Non-Refundable Items (Exceptions)

To protect our business, the following cannot be refunded:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong variant by mistake.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Items purchased during a clearance sale or via gift cards are final sale.

  • Personal Care/Perishables: For hygiene reasons, items like beauty products, personal care goods, or perishable items cannot be refunded once delivered.

4. Processing Time

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
