I have a fit bit and the ring doesn't count steps like the fit bit it's a long way behind but the heart rate monitor seems to work fine.
I got it more for measuring my sleep pattern and it seems to do that just fine. It does eat the battery though but charging is easy.

I have used colmi smart rings before. They are excellent products. This one with the display is fantastic. I am very happy that i bought it.

I measured with a paper and ended up buying one size larger (it was 12 and with their tape it was 11), so it became a bit loose.
But the brand is very good (similar to Galaxy Watch), the brand exercises well too (volleyball). Only the steps that mark much more. The battery lasts well too (about 3, 4 days measuring the information every half hour).
Mine got scratched up a bit, but it's understandable since I'm using it everywhere, including playing volleyball on the sand.

Kept up to date with shipping and delivery, but when the package arrived and i checked the fit, it was too large, even though i had used their recommendation on line. Could have used 1 size smaller, but will see how accurate this works.
